Broadwire Networks, LLC — SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

Important: By enrolling in or using Broadwire Networks’ SMS messaging services (“SMS Program”), you agree to the Terms & Conditions below, which incorporate our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the SMS Program.
1. Program Description
Broadwire Networks sends time-sensitive texts related to:

Service appointment reminders or updates

Order, invoice, or ticket status notifications

Planned maintenance or outage alerts

Marketing offers, promotions, and surveys (only if you expressly opt in)
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by interaction.

Operational/transactional texts: Sent as events occur (e.g., when a ticket is opened or closed).

Promotional texts: No more than 4 messages per month.
3. Cost & Data Rates
Broadwire Networks does not charge for SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Check your wireless plan for details.
4. Opt-In Consent
You may join by:

Checking the SMS consent box on a web form, OR

Texting a keyword we provide (e.g., JOIN) to our long code or toll-free number.
By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may cancel at any time by texting STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to the phone number that sent you the message. After we process your request, you will receive one final confirmation text and will then no longer receive SMS from us unless you opt back in.

7. Privacy
Information we collect through SMS is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your mobile number. Data is retained in accordance with our legal and regulatory obligations and may be disclosed when required by law.
8. Carrier & Liability Disclaimer
Carriers (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery may be impacted by device model, carrier coverage, or texting-platform outages.
9. Supported Carriers
The SMS Program supports major U.S. and Canadian carriers and most virtual network operators. Some regional or prepaid carriers may be unsupported.
10. Eligibility & User Responsibilities
You must be 18 years or older (or have parental consent) and reside in the United States or Canada. You agree to provide accurate mobile numbers and to notify us if your number changes.
11. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revisions will be posted to the URL above and will become effective on the “Last updated” date. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of the SMS Program will be handled in accordance with the governing law and venue clauses of our main Terms of Service.
