The Opportunity
We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Representatives to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for independent, driven professionals who thrive on building relationships and closing deals in the B2B technology and construction space.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities with commercial clients, general contractors, and IT decision-makers.

  • Sell Broadwire Networks’ services, including structured cabling, fiber optic installations, IT support, and managed services.

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to proposal and contract closure.

  • Collaborate with our project management and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.

  • Build long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (technology, construction, telecommunications, or IT services preferred).

  • Strong network of business contacts (GCs, facility managers, IT managers a plus).

  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • A results-driven personality with a passion for closing deals.

Compensation

  • 100% commission-based (high earning potential).
